PHP Counselor

Assess each potential client's needs and service availability, then perform clinical assessments on new admissions. Provide individual and group counseling, including therapeutic interventions designed to foster recovery from substance use disorder and overall wellbeing. Work with the Clinical Team to meet each client's needs and individual goals while providing case management to help them access all needed resources. Guide patients in the development of helpful skills and wrap-around recovery services and supports. Provide the appropriate documentation for services including treatment goals, progress notes, and any other documentation needed. Assist the Clinical Director and Lead Clinicians in any operational or administrative tasks.
