PHP Clinician (Per Diem/Hybrid)

PHP Clinician (Per Diem/Hybrid) will spearhead day-to-day program activities, ensure timely completion of scheduled clinical events and continuing care plans, supervise a diverse clinical staff, monitor clinical activities for optimal patient service delivery, and provide direct clinical services including individual and group counseling and psychoeducational sessions. The role involves reviewing charts for clinical appropriateness, conducting utilization reviews, training staff on relevant technology (EMRs, telehealth, Excel, etc.), collaborating with the program director to troubleshoot complex treatment situations, and contributing to staffing decisions while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and the organization’s ethics. Requires a Master’s degree in counseling or related discipline, two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment, and licensure in LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred. Per-Diem compensation provides detailed salary bands per licensure and demonstrates a hybrid work arrangement as indicated by the job title.
