PHP Clinician (40hrs)

The PHP Clinician at Gosnold, Inc. leads day-to-day program activities, ensures timely completion of scheduled clinical events and continuing care plans, and supervises a diverse clinical staff to optimize patient service delivery. The role includes providing direct clinical services (individual and group counseling, psychoeducational sessions), monitoring chart reviews and clinical appropriateness, performing utilization review in coordination with payer requirements, training clinical staff on documentation and technology (EMRs, telehealth), collaborating with the program director on complex treatment situations, and driving performance improvement to enhance efficiency and quality of care while maintaining adherence to the Professional Staff Code of Ethics. A Master’s degree in counseling or related discipline and at least two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment are required; independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is preferred. The position emphasizes staff guidance, care coordination across departments, and staying current with regulatory standards and technological tools to support patient care and program management.
