Job Summary
Operate and maintain photo point-of-sale and camera systems, including sorting, packaging, and troubleshooting equipment. Direct and manage the photography team while overseeing daily business operations, tracking key performance indicators, and managing payroll costs. Greet guests, stage and pose them for life-long memories, and apply sales techniques to drive revenue growth and meet daily goals. Train sales associates on capture techniques and hospitality standards, ensuring proactive follow-up on requests to maintain customer satisfaction. Perform site preparation, stocking, cleaning, and organization while handling all equipment safely. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed to support site operations.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time on uneven ground
- 1+ years of leadership experience
