Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations to achieve sales, service, and quality goals. Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new photographers while managing daily operations, scheduling, and staffing. Drive photography sales performance and customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with hospital leadership. Photograph newborn babies and their families, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and delivering a warm, professional experience. Earn guaranteed hourly pay plus commission, with top performers regularly earning $30-$35/hour. Fully paid training and ongoing leadership development are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Ability to meet hospital compliance requirements
