Job Summary
Download and organize photographer uploads into job folders, then conduct basic image prep including cropping, exposure adjustments, and file formatting. Assist editors with folder setup and workflow management while performing proof checks and quality control on returned edits before delivery. Manage final asset exports to clients, update tracking sheets and booking systems, and handle client confirmations, inbox management, and invoicing preparation. Work three days per week during Australian business hours from the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in photo retouching, ideally in property, architecture, or editorial photography
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for basic corrections and adjustments
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, particularly for floorplan work and simple graphic edits
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task across jobs, systems, and communication threads
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Based in the Philippines, available 3 days per week during Australian business hours
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage workload without close supervision
