Job Summary
Capture high-quality real estate media including still photography, listing videos, 3D/360° virtual tours, and drone footage across market area. Drive between job sites in the San Jose, CA region, coordinate with clients on-site to understand photography needs, provide guidance during shoots, and ensure media adheres to Zillow brand guidelines. Organize and upload captured media for post-processing, meet all deadlines and appointment punctuality, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with Regional Managers, Market Leaders, photographers, real estate agents, and marketing professionals to deliver cohesive visual assets for marketing campaigns. This is a part-time field role with potential for full-time employment in the future.
Required Qualifications
- Experience capturing high-quality photography, preferably exterior and interior real estate photos, real estate videos, 3D tours, and drone media
- Deep understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR/Mirrorless systems
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Ability to drive within a 60+ mile radius of City Center
- Ability to provide a minimum of 20 hours per week of availability
- May be expected to obtain FAA Part 107 drone license, complete drone training, and safely operate a drone in accordance with FAA, based on business need
- Operate and maintain photography equipment (cameras, lenses, accessories)
- Strong customer service and professional business communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, able to meet deadlines
- Independent worker, comfortable working solo
- Located near San Jose, CA
