Job Summary
The Photographer / Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets, focusing on product photography and videography. Key responsibilities include capturing on-model and lifestyle imagery, producing social-first content, and delivering editorial and campaign visuals. The role requires managing post-production tasks such as photo and video editing, while maintaining equipment and managing samples. Candidates must possess proven photography experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing and product design teams. Flexibility for travel and ability to work extended hours during events are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in product still life, editorial, lifestyle, and on-model e-commerce photography
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency in both studio and live-action environments
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, and CaptureOne
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex lighting setups for studio and on-location shoots
- Advanced post-production skills in retouching and file preparation for various media
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with Creative and Product teams
- Studio photography equipment: camera, lighting, grip, and video gear
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools + processes to optimize efficiency and work quality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within an in-house brand creative studio
- Professional background capturing sports, athletes, or action-driven content
- Knowledge of current fashion, performance apparel, and e-commerce photography trends
- Familiarity with content creation optimized for social media platforms
- Prior experience managing studio environments, equipment, and creative workflows

- Ability to move or transport photography equipment, lighting gear, and studio samples weighing up to 40 lbs, utilizing assistance or equipment as needed
