Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in digital photography, studio lighting, and composition
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce or commercial studio environments
- Proficiency with industry-standard cameras, lenses, and Capture One software
- Excellent attention to detail with colour accuracy and brand consistency
- Ability to manage time, meet daily shoot targets, and work to tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills with stylists, retouchers, and wider studio teams
- Knowledge of current photography trends and ability to adapt style as required
- Organised, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting technical/workflow issues quickly
- Willingness to provide mentorship and assist other team members
