Job Summary
Ensure all items are photographed and scanned using the work instruction guide in priority order based on the auction schedule. Code image files by serial/ID number to upload them to the auction platform and digitally archive them accurately. Collaborate with Cataloging and Editorial teams to highlight key attributes, apply proper presets, and batch crop backgrounds to pure white. Save all images as PSD and JPEG files, then upload final JPEGs to the admin side in a specific order. Archive both RAW and final images into corresponding auction folders for Marketing and Content teams. Work on-site in Runnemede, New Jersey, Wednesday through Saturday from 7am to 5:30pm EST. This role supports Goldin, eBay's leading collectibles marketplace, by maintaining the visual quality of millions of global customers' trading cards and memorabilia.
Required Qualifications
- General knowledge of photographic studio equipment and softwares such as DSLR cameras, lighting, backdrops, camera transmitters/receivers, tethering, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and adaptability
- Strong project problem-solving skills and time management skills
- Ability to work interdependently with team members and independently for individual work
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation to and from work location: Runnemede, New Jersey
- Shift: Full-time, Non-exempt, On-site Wednesday - Saturday 7am EST - 5:30pm EST
- Certification and/or Degree in Digital Photography
