Job Summary
Develop concepts, look books, and scripts alongside clients; plan production schedules, coordinate logistics, and scout locations. Operate video equipment to capture professional-grade footage, set up lighting and audio, and direct talent during shoots. Review, organize, and edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, integrating graphics and animations while submitting drafts for client feedback. Partner with producers and graphic artists to ensure branding alignment, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process. Adhere to security protocols, monitor budgets and timelines, and track work hours daily. Provide on-site support during standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with poly clearance
- Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of videography capabilities
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Comprehensive experience in all aspects of video production, from concept development to post-production
- Expertise in lighting, audio, and editing
- Proficiency with DSLR cameras in manual mode
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve Studio
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure, performance-driven environments
- Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree
