Job Summary
Lead a team of Scanner Technicians by directing daily operations, overseeing vendor contract management, and making critical decisions regarding scanner and stepper technology execution. Serve as the primary authority for Photo Scanner Operations issues, driving safety and quality initiatives while ensuring adequate staffing and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Provide technical expertise to sustain equipment performance and solve complex bottlenecks requiring full resource engagement. This role operates on the C Shift (Thursday through Saturday) with alternating Wednesdays, requiring a two-year technical degree and five years of photolithography semiconductor experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree, equivalent military experience
- 5+ years direct applicable photolithography semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment
- Innate ability to problem solve and be able to make critical decisions, which includes the knowledge of when to escalate and engage full resources
- Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization
