The role requires advanced Photoshop proficiency (pen tool, masking, layers, blend modes, actions, automation), color correction and production-level editing, familiarity with Digital Asset Management, and foundational video-editing knowledge (Premiere/After Effects). The candidate should make informed visual decisions in ambiguous situations, communicate professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining brand integrity and production efficiency. Required Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of in-house studio production retouching and image editing
  • Extensive experience working with photographers within in-house studio creative production
  • Advanced mastery of Adobe Photoshop, including pen tool work, masking, layers, blend modes, filters, actions, and automation
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume production workflows with speed, consistency, and precision
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound visual decisions without detailed instruction
  • Strong experience troubleshooting workflow issues and adapting processes as needed
  • Exceptional visual taste with a clear understanding of balance, realism, and aesthetic refinement
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems
  • Familiarity with project management tools and task-based workflows
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn new tools
  • 1–2 years of foundational experience with Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
