Job Summary
Photo & Video Producer manages the daily production logistics and budgets for promotional and all-channel visual collateral across Saks Global brands. Responsible for producing editorial digital content (photo and video) from pre- to post-production, sourcing talent (models, hair & makeup artists, stylists, photographers, directors, location scouts), and ensuring alignment with seasonal creative direction. Oversees production schedules, multi-channel content volume (e-comm, editorial, social, paid media), negotiates with external suppliers, maintains budget accountability, coordinates talent and locations, oversees video post-production (editing, motion graphics, vendor approvals), and collaborates with the Director of Photo Production and Photo Art Direction to secure talent and manage in-house shoots and external partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in production with publishing or photo agency OR worked in luxury fashion
- Maintain and manage budget goals for editorial shoots
- Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and InDesign
- Negotiation and budget management skills
- Strong ability to multi-task/juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong and confident presence
