Phone Specialist ( Full-time)

Youth Development Specialist role within Milton Hershey School's Education, Training & E-Learning department. The role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Responsibilities include helping design and deliver development programs, promoting positive behavior, and connecting students with resources in a residential pre-K–12 setting. Timely impact is achieved by fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and partnering with school personnel to support student growth.
