Job Summary
Phone Sales & Service Consultant provides front-line customer service for the Surgery Center, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to inform patients, schedule appointments, obtain consents, and relay details to Patient Care Coordinators. Responsibilities include following call scripts, resolving issues, promoting services when appropriate, maintaining accurate records in the EHR/CRM, meeting service/productivity/quality targets, collaborating with sales/clinical/administrative teams, supporting marketing with insights, and participating in mandatory OSHA/HIPAA certifications. The role is full-time, in-person, located in Oklahoma City, OK, and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, prior call center experience, and strong multitasking and data-entry abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is required.
- Prior call center or customer support experience required; sales experience preferred.
- Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong computer and organizational skills including intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive or similar cloud-based file management systems.
- Quick and accurate data entry.
