Phone & Order Specialist

Phone Specialist will handle front-of-store duties, primarily taking orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru. Responsibilities include navigating the order screen, accurately placing and cashiering orders, preparing orders for drivers, and dispatching them; some food prep for rush times. Requires strong communication, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, multitasking ability, self-motivation, and the ability to follow directions.
