Phone Operator

Phone Operator responsible for handling multi-line phone duties, scheduling appointments and RS appointments, routing lab orders and medical records requests, triage communications, relaying hospital consults, taking urgent messages, and scanning/entering paperwork into ONCO EMR/G4. Requires ability to follow complex written/oral instructions, adapt to last-minute changes in standardized situations, and provide support across sites. Education: High school diploma or GED; Experience: six months related experience and/or training. Physical and environment notes include standard office/clinical conditions with ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Employment is at-will and includes no guaranteed contract.
