Phone Nurse

Phone Nurse to triage incoming nurse calls, relay messages to physicians, maintain patient confidentiality, and document in the EHR. Responsible for daily maintenance of the nurse phone line, patient education and referral to appropriate facilities, and support of medication refill policies; collaborates with the Clinical Manager and leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care. Requires nursing degree/certification and licensure as RN or LPN; proficiency in HIPAA-compliant communication, electronic health records, and clinical teamwork; adaptable to clinic demands and able to perform routine nursing duties as needed.
