Job Summary
Answer phones to assist customers and enter data into spreadsheets with high accuracy. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling calls, ensuring all information is spelled correctly and data is inputted into computer systems. This role requires computer proficiency and the ability to work during evening and weekend shifts, including staggered hours from 2 to 11 PM. The position involves a bi-weekly schedule with five days on and two days off, plus occasional evening coverage as needed. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus
- Call Center is open 24/7
- We are currently seeking to fill an evening/weekend evening shift
- The shifts are 2-10, 3-11, 4-10, 4-11 staggered shifts
- Will have 1 weekend off a month
- The schedule is a bi-weekly schedule. 5 days on and 2 days off
- Flexible time off
- May have to work an occasional 8-2 or 8-4 if needed
- Pay $14.00 hr
