Join a 3-physician, 7-mid-level-provider group with a clear pathway to partnership (~2 years, flexible based on performance) and substantial long-term earning potential. Immediate patient volume with a strong referral base; APPs manage hospital consults and day-to-day coordination to allow physicians to focus on procedural work. Flexible primary location across the Phoenix area (Goodyear, Glendale, Gilbert, Chandler) with access to multiple hospitals and surgical facilities. Compensation includes base salary around $400–$450K plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus ($150K), relocation assistance, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits; realistic income potential of $500K–$700K+ initially, with seven-figure potential for high producers.
