Job Summary
Independent urology group in Phoenix area seeks a motivated general urologist to join a high-volume practice with a clear pathway to partnership. Immediate patient volume with a strong referral base, potential subspecialty interests (e.g., female reconstruction, robotics), and a partnership track (~2 years). APPs manage hospital consults and day-to-day coordination, enabling physicians to focus on procedural work. Competitive compensation with base salary ~$400–$450K plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus ($150K), relocation assistance, CME, and comprehensive benefits. High-volume practice (35–40 patients/day) with multi-site clinics (Goodyear, Glendale, Gilbert, Phoenix area) and access to multiple hospitals/surgical facilities.
