General urology position in an independent private practice with multiple Phoenix-area locations, offering immediate patient volume, a clear partnership track (≈2 years with $100k buy-in), and substantial long-term earning potential. Role supports subspecialty interests (e.g., female reconstruction; robotics preferred) with mentorship, high productivity expectations (≈35-40 patients/day), and strong clinical/administrative support including APPs. Compensation includes base salary (~$400K–$450K) plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus ($150K), relocation assistance, CME allowance/time off, comprehensive benefits, and a path to equity through partnership. Ancillary opportunities include in-house pharmacy, office-based lab, ambulatory surgery center involvement, and a stone center.
