Independent Phoenix-area urology private practice seeking a general urologist to join a high-volume, growth-oriented team of 3 physicians and 7 mid-level providers. Opportunity for partnership in ~2 years with a $100k buy-in. Subspecialty interests such as female reconstruction or robotics encouraged. APPs manage hospital consults and day-to-day coordination; call is 1:3 (target 1:5) with APP support. Practice emphasizes autonomy, financial transparency, and potential for long-term equity. Multiple clinics across the Phoenix area (Goodyear, Glendale, Gilbert) with access to several hospitals and surgical facilities. Compensation includes base salary ($400k-$450k) with productivity incentives; total realistic income potential $500k-$700k+ early on and seven-figure potential for high producers.
