Job Summary
General urology position in an independent Phoenix-area private practice with a pathway to partnership. Join a 3-physician, 7-mid-level-provider group with high patient volume (approximately 35-40 patients/day) and a flexible subspecialty interest path (e.g., female reconstruction, robotics). Partnership track (~2 years) with a $100k buy-in; sign-on bonus of $150k; relocation assistance available. APPs manage hospital consults and day-to-day coordination, enabling physicians to focus on procedural work. Multiple clinic locations across the Phoenix area (Goodyear, Glendale, Gilbert) with access to multiple hospitals and surgical facilities. Compensation includes base salary ~ $400k-$450k+productivity incentives, with realistic early earning potential of $500k-$700k+ and seven-figure potential for high producers. Benefits include CME allowance, PTO, health/dental insurance, retirement plans, and potential ancillary income opportunities (in-house pharmacy, lab services, ambulatory surgery center, stone center). Education: MD/DO.
