Job Summary
Collect and analyze data on all types of process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasonic, and additional non-destructive evaluation methods. Create and maintain databases for each technology and generate condition and follow-up reports distributed to all levels of management. Perform other duties as assigned while demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and repair process equipment. This role reports to a Reliability Maintenance Supervisor and requires a proven safety record and excellent attendance. Preferred qualifications include industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four years as a journeyman, computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and certifications in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis. Experience with SKF Aptitude Analyst, DBX, or Microlog platforms and mining process plant inspection of rotating equipment is also preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous training and experience with application of predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware
- Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four (4) years as a journeyman
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- CAT II or CAT III Vibration Analysis certification
- Infrared Thermography certification
- Ultrasound (UE) certification
- Oil Analysis certification
- Rotor balancing experience
- MT/PT certification
- RDI certification
- UT Level I or II certification
- Experience with SKF Aptitude Analyst, DBX, Microlog, or similar condition monitoring platforms
- Previous mining process plant experience, including troubleshooting and inspection of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, agitators, and fans
- Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS software
