Phoenix/Las Vegas Client Service Manager - Water, Wastewater

Client Service Manager for the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets leading growth in water and wastewater engineering and consulting services. Own and execute a multi-year client growth strategy, develop and advance the client business case with revenue targets and service expansion, secure and deliver profitable work while managing risk, and lead the full client portfolio to achieve revenue, margin, and backlog targets. Build and lead a high-performing Client Service Team, coordinate resources across business lines, mentor team members, and expand relationships across client leadership levels. Translate client insights into actionable growth strategies and execute structured client engagement plans with minimum 20% client-facing time. Serve as Sales Leader on key pursuits, maintain accurate client data with governance between Client Service and Project Management roles, and adapt to evolving needs. Preferred capabilities include cultivating client relationships, leading the CST, communicating value of BC services, and understanding client business objectives. Role supports hybrid work from offices in Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV, with remote arrangements in other locations within the states under consideration.
