Job Summary
Assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate insights to support client engagements in internal audit and financial advisory. Manage time and priorities effectively while taking ownership of assignments and collaborating with experienced leaders to develop strong understanding of business processes, regulatory environments, and risk/control frameworks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields)

- Technical proficiency aligning with the assigned capability area
- Understanding of internal audit processes, including the use of emerging technologies, understanding frameworks, and achieving audit objectives
- Handling and analyzing data and information in various formats to uncover valuable insights and draw actionable conclusions
- Entry-level proficiency in software development, best practices, and methodologies
- Interest in advanced analytics and automation technologies (e.g., Alteryx, MS Power Platform, Python)
- Effectively leverages AI tools with strong human judgment in the loop, driving efficiency in delivery while elevating the quality of insights and outcomes for clients
