Job Summary
Walk 4–10 miles daily while bending and lifting up to 50 pounds to support picking, packing, quality control, processing, binning, and dock work. Scan and organize inventory, fulfill orders, put away stock, and package items while working independently or as part of a team to meet goals and keep operations running smoothly. Complete required onboarding and training during the first week. Work 3 days per week in a temperature-controlled environment, with flexible scheduling from Monday through Saturday and two weeks' advance notice. Required Qualifications
- Available to work at least 3 days per week
- Available for at least a 6-hour continuous shift per day
- Available Monday - Tuesday: 7am-3:30pm
- Available Wednesday - Saturday: 7am-5:30pm
- Required availability days each week are Monday, Friday and Saturday
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk 4–10 miles a day
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to perform hand movement your entire shift
- Must be safety conscious and able to perform your role in a safe manner
- Must be incredibly reliable & responsible
- Must have excellent attendance
- Must be able to be flexible with your role based on business needs
- Must have adequate English proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
