Job Summary
Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers while creating a positive atmosphere for clientele. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary and complete tasks assigned by management promptly. Develop sales and customer service skills through on-the-job training, utilizing a smartphone and computer throughout the shift. Maintain a clean workspace and demonstrate basic math skills. Full-time, 5 days on with 8-hour shifts including mornings, mid-days, and closing times. Minimum 30 hours weekly required.
Required Qualifications
- Open availability to work any of the listed shifts
- Morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours each week
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily
- Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge
- Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs
- Personal smartphone
- iPhone IOS 14 or later or Android OS 4.4 or later
- At least 21 years old
- Pass a standard background check
- Undergo a fingerprint background check
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions
