PHO - Night Security Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate night security officers to maintain a safe environment across multiple facilities. Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies while providing leadership to security personnel. Prepare detailed incident reports and manage shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to uphold professional standards. Ensure compliance with all security protocols and collaborate with law enforcement as needed. This role requires a valid security license, at least three years of security operations experience, and the ability to work overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Valid security officer license or certification as required by state regulations
- Strong knowledge of security protocols
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to remain alert during extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
- Experience working in a healthcare, corporate, or industrial security environment
- First aid, CPR, and AED certification
- Proficiency with security technology such as surveillance systems, access control, and incident reporting software
- Demonstrated leadership training or certification
