Job Summary

Coordinate onboarding and initial training for new hires while delivering ongoing group and individualized sessions to enhance work performance and general education. Train employees on company policies, department competencies, and Lab Information Systems, then evaluate and update existing training materials to meet objectives. Serve as a procedural and compliance resource, assist leadership with quality metrics, and create improvement plans for underperforming staff. Maintain accurate logs for all trainings, support high-volume workflows, and travel to client sites or branches as needed. Research industry information and complete additional administrative tasks. This role requires a high school diploma, three years of phlebotomy experience, and strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 3 years or more of Phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, additional days and hours may be required
  • May travel to client sites and other branches to assist in training
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to travel throughout territory for training purposes
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year or more experience training employees
  • 1 year or more experience as a people leader
