Job Summary
Perform routine blood collection on all age groups, including neonates and infants, under the supervision of the Manager, Preanalytical Laboratory Services. Demonstrate skills in specimen processing and receiving while providing age-appropriate patient care in assigned areas. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a vocational phlebotomy program graduate, or three months of experience, plus a valid driver's license. Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is mandatory.

- demonstrated knowledge of all relevant computer skills as needed for patient ID system and specimen processing functions
