Job Summary
Conduct compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while monitoring and communicating real-time patient status to the care team. Coordinate efforts across specialties, acting as the central hub between hospitalists, cardiologists, and NPs to ensure seamless patient transitions. Execute advanced clinical skills, including cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols, and manage the full discharge process for high-acuity patients. Night shift full-time schedule at Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
- Associate's degree/Technical degree
- 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Provider
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Certification specializing in Phlebotomy
- ASCP-BOC
- Phlebotomy Tech
