Phlebotomy Supervisor

Phlebotomy Supervisor leading 20–35+ phlebotomists across Patient Service Centers and/or physician offices. Responsibilities include supervising patient flow, wait times, inventory, and information logs; monitoring monthly productivity; coordinating schedules; handling payroll, monthly schedules, and performance appraisals; HR collaboration on employee relations and disciplinary actions; hiring and training phlebotomists; ensuring exceptional customer service to patients and clients; supporting setup of new centers, and resolving patient or client issues; travel to additional sites as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid California Phlebotomy License. Preferred candidates have an associate degree and 3+ years phlebotomy experience, plus supervisory experience; strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team; flexibility for overtime and a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
