Job Summary
Phlebotomy Site Coordinator responsibilities include observing and reporting performance/compliance/staffing issues; managing and monitoring patient flow, wait times, inventory and information logs; monitoring monthly productivity and addressing deviations; delivering prompt, respectful customer service; promoting teamwork and communication; performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages; collecting specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests; data entry of patient information; processing billing information and collecting payments; preparing specimens for testing; handling administrative tasks; and traveling to additional sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training
