Phlebotomist - Worthington - PRN

Collect blood and other fluid samples from patients or residents using appropriate equipment while explaining procedures and gathering health information professionally. Manage specimens accurately, ensure patient safety during collection, and follow all standard procedures and aseptic techniques. Record and document patient information correctly, and communicate effectively to answer questions regarding phlebotomy procedures. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with phlebotomy program completion or experience preferred. BLS certification may be required. Various shifts available including weekends and evenings; on-the-job training provided.
