Phlebotomist

Collect blood and other patient specimens for diagnostic testing by identifying patients, explaining procedures, and performing venipunctures on inpatient and outpatient populations. Accurately label and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis while adhering to safety protocols, isolation procedures, and hand sanitization requirements. Perform Blood Bank collections following written procedures and maintain good communication within the department and with other hospital departments. Demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
