Job Summary
Phlebotomist needed at Blood Assurance's Tullahoma Donor Center. Responsibilities include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, performing mini physicals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and hemoglobin), and conducting phlebotomy. Also required to call a minimum number of donors daily per manager’s instructions. Start pay is $17/hour. Requires a high school degree or equivalent; phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience is preferred but not required. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, EAP, generous PTO, 401K with company match, wellness program, uniforms, and weekend pay differential.
