Job Summary
Phlebotomy Team Leader role at Labcorp in Liverpool, NY, involving supervision of phlebotomists, coverage and travel to multiple Patient Service Centers and client sites, site inspections, and ongoing training. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 3 years or more of experience as a phlebotomist
- In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
