Job Summary
The Phlebotomist role requires excellent phlebotomy skills and direct patient interaction to draw blood samples safely and accurately. Candidates will showcase leadership behaviors and commit to high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
- 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required
- Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric
- Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver license and clean driving record if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred
- Keyboard/data entry experience

- Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime
