Job Summary
The Phlebotomist (Patient Services Representative) is responsible for drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and providing excellent patient service while following established procedures. Requires 2-3 years of phlebotomy experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience required
- Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric
- Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record
- Flexible hours required to potentially work multiple locations
- Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly
- Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift
