Phlebotomist Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise a team of 25+ phlebotomists across Patient Service Centers and physician offices, managing patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels. Monitor monthly productivity, coordinate schedules, and handle operational duties including payroll and performance appraisals. Hire and train phlebotomists, partner with HR on employee relations, and resolve patient or client issues while providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. Perform specimen collection and preparation as needed, assist in setting up new centers, and travel to additional sites. Requires Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 year or more experience in a supervisory or people leader position
- 3 years or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Be at least 21 years' old
