Phlebotomist – St. Charles Hospital

Job Summary
Draw quality blood samples from patients, prepare specimens for lab testing, and complete clerical duties to maintain department efficiency. Perform order entry, result look-up, report generation, and answer internal/external calls with excellent customer service. Collect specimens according to established procedures, identify patients accurately, and process samples by labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing as requested. Troubleshoot problems promptly and manage inventory and supplies. Requires one-year phlebotomy experience and Phlebotomist Certification preferred. Position involves travel to off-site locations.
