Job Summary
Phlebotomist needed to provide patient-focused venipuncture and specimen collection in a fast-paced clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture on patients of all ages, collecting and preparing non-blood specimens, ensuring proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering, and championing safety, compliance, and quality control. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy training or experience; certification from ASPT is bonus. Strong communication skills and basic computer/data entry abilities are required. Full-time role (40 hours) on 1st shift (8am-5pm) with benefits, located in Flowood and Jackson, Mississippi. Required Qualifications
