Job Summary
Phlebotomist at Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Bellevue, WA. Responsibilities include performing phlebotomy and related tests (waived tests, Automated CBCs, EKGs, Spirometry), maintaining lab records and supplies, processing specimens for referrals, and assisting Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist as needed. Ensure safety and HIPAA/OSHA compliance, obtain accurate patient identification, label specimens, and use EHR for orders and results. Maintain QA/QC, temperature logs, and collaborate with providers and nurses. Requires MA-P certification, HS diploma/GED, ability to pass pre-hire competency, and bilingual English/Spanish desirable.
