Job Summary
Phlebotomist at Sea Mar Community Health Centers performing venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures, including waived tests, Automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry, to assist in patient care. Responsible for keeping lab reports/logs, processing specimens for outside referrals, maintaining adequate inventory of supplies, and assisting Medical Laboratory Technicians or Medical Technologists as needed. Works in a Vancouver, WA clinic within a Federally Qualified Health Center network, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff above 30 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- phlebotomy certification preferred
- experience in clinical laboratory setting desirable
- ability to perform venipuncture and process specimens
- strong attention to infection control and safety procedures
