Job Summary
Phlebotomist Screener will perform venipuncture blood draws, prepare specimens for testing, conduct biometric screenings (blood pressure and body fat analysis), capture participant information and screening results accurately, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring participant privacy. Responsibilities include setup, execution, and breakdown of events, plus administrative duties as needed; training on LES protocols will be provided; testing services include COVID-19 PCR and point-of-care antigen testing and temperature checks. Eligible candidates will hold medical credentials (e.g., CPT, RN, LPN), have demonstrated venipuncture experience (minimum 1 year and 100+ draws in 6 months), and be comfortable with fast-paced environments and required background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.)
- Minimum of 1-year experience performing venipuncture blood draws
- Minimum of 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months
- Proficient taking blood pressure
- Knowledge of HIPPA and OSHA
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic tablet and computer skills
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 or older
