Job Summary
Prepare equipment for blood specimen collection and perform venipuncture, arterial, and capillary punctures on patients. Identify and label specimens accurately, conduct designated laboratory testing, and assist donors before, during, and after donation. Maintain clean examination rooms and adhere to OSHA guidelines and corporate policies. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, screen inquiries, take messages, and verify medical record information. Maintain computerized scheduling and follow office scheduling policies while performing related duties assigned by supervisors. Work full-time Monday through Thursday, 32 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Pre-employment drug test pass
Desired Qualifications
- Additional vocational or college credits
- At least one year experience in a similar clinical setting
