Job Summary
Phlebotomist collects patient specimens, performs waived/moderate complexity testing as authorized, handles laboratory office duties including data entry and specimen processing, and ensures proper patient identification and labeling per established procedures. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous Phlebotomy experience and/or training is required
- Phlebotomy certification from ASPT, NCA, ASCP or equivalent preferred
